Validate & Redeem
Through your web-based Dashboard we have streamlined the entire Validation & Redemption process.
Step 1 – Login to your VoucherMe account and go to Validate Voucher.
Step 2 – Type in the Voucher Code and hit Submit. A green message will pop up to confirm that the code is valid.
Step 3 – Type in the amount you wish to redeem and hit Submit. A green message will pop up to confirm the successful redemption. The next time that code is input to the system it will have the up-to-date balance.
A voucher can be redeemed many times, up until the balance is zero.
You also have a record of all redemptions in Voucher Redeem History.

5% Commission + 23% Vat per RAI Voucher redemption.
As an example, when redeeming a €100 voucher, you get €94.85 into your MangoPay eWallet at time of redemption.
Sales of your own Gift Vouchers
3% Commission + 23% Vat per Gift Voucher sale.
As an example, when a €100 gift voucher is purchased, you get €96.31 into your MangoPay eWallet at time of purchase.
There are no other transactions charges, ongoing fees or contracts.
Funds from Redemptions and Sales are transferred to your MangoPay eWallet instantly.
